of the people who take form 1&2 is very commun to see them score lower on form 2 compared to form 1... many say its because form 2 is harder than form 1. if the questions are diferent the diiculty must be diferent also.. even if its just a little bit. 50 points on the 3 digit score.

I'm not sure if the NBME form 3 would be harder or not than the other 2.  Even if it was harder, I think that they account for that in the 3 digit score that they give you.  I'm quite sure the score they give you is scaled according to how everyone else did on the test, so if it was harder for you, it was probably harder for everyone else...

You won't be given scratch paper, but you will be given a dry erase board and markers.  The dry erase board is rather cumbersome to use, though.  I'd much rather have paper and pencils.  I think the policy may vary, though, from location to location.
